OK, here is a little more

Nathan is just his usual cool self. He is slowing adjusting to being the middle child.

Noah is showing off his first lost tooth and the resulting adorable snagger tooth smile.

Baby Nicholas is a week old. Yeah!!!

This has been an extremely busy time for the Tate Family. So Nic has made it through his first week. Yeah, he is such a good baby. But I reserve my opinion on how quiet, docile, and laid back he is going to be. Today he really showed a little of temper, when it came time to eat. But Hey, I understand, I can get cranky when I am hungry too. We took him to the Pediatrician today because he is a little jaundiced. I am going to "believe but verify" what I was told by the doctor about breastfeeding jaundice. I will google some articles tonight before I get off-line. I am not overly concerned about his jaundice after the visit, but some of the information we received....well let's just say I need to read up on it. I think I gave away my secret, but what won't we do for our kids.

Noah has lost his first baby teeth. He is so snaggered tooth that it is cute. He went to the dentist early this week with daddy. He came back excited and after talking to him about the tooth fair (hey, I grew up on that myth too!), he was convinced to put his tooth under his pillow. I later tried to exchange the tooth for the tooth fairy (after all parents are honorary tooth fairy helpers right!) only to find it not under the pillow. I almost woke him up trying to find that baby tooth. Finally, I gave up and put two dollars under his pillow. The following morning he told me the tooth fairy didn't want his tooth ( he had put it in his window sill so the tooth fairy could find it easier. Why did It think to look in the window sill?). He was initially a little upset until I helped him find his reward under his pillow. Miraculously, the tooth fairy had also left some money for his tooth under his Granny's pillow. Who would have thought!
Nathan is doing well and adjusting slowly but surely to being a middle child. He loves his baby brother and is very helpful with the pacifier. He is still very fun loving and considers himself the baby. We'll see how long that last.

Beautiful Utah

Beautiful Utah
This is just one of the beautiful views we have in Tooele, Utah. It is so amazing seeing the mountains everyday. When I look at the mountains, I can only think God is amazing.

Waiting for Nicholas
Since we have been iin Utah, I have been waiting on my last child. One of the first rooms that was completed was Nic's room. I can't wait for his arrival and I can't believe how close we are to seeing his beautiful face.

Jason always looks so good in his uniform. It has been 9 years in and he still looks like a 2nd LT.

Nicholas is actually in this picture in a way, I am about 6 months pregnant. These pictures were to get a snapshot of our family before our last child was born.
