Finally, he can tie his shoes (sometimes)!

We have been working on getting our kids to try new things and learn determination. I hear a lot of "Mommy, I can't" or "I can't do it!"----a Nathan original. We also get a lot of tears and frustration because things don't go right immediately (both Noah and Nathan). So you can only imagine what it has been like to get Noah to learn how to tie his shows. It was so bad that Jason gave up (I know not the best example--but Noah can try your nerves). So after much badgering and trying every method known (the bunny ears finally worked). Noah finally tied both shoes. Now if I can just get him to keep practicing and get it down completely. Next we will work on practicing his letter, numbers and words to finally building up to practicing the violin(maybe!).Posted by Picasa

Way to go, Noah. We are proud of you. Can't wait for the violin recitals. ;)

Beautiful Utah

Beautiful Utah
This is just one of the beautiful views we have in Tooele, Utah. It is so amazing seeing the mountains everyday. When I look at the mountains, I can only think God is amazing.

Waiting for Nicholas

Waiting for Nicholas
Since we have been iin Utah, I have been waiting on my last child. One of the first rooms that was completed was Nic's room. I can't wait for his arrival and I can't believe how close we are to seeing his beautiful face.

Jason always looks so good in his uniform. It has been 9 years in and he still looks like a 2nd LT.

Nicholas is actually in this picture in a way, I am about 6 months pregnant. These pictures were to get a snapshot of our family before our last child was born.
