Gingerbread house

So now that the boys are getting older, we are starting some new things for Christmas. Noah was determined that he would make a Gingerbread house this year. So I thought it would be fun. I admit that I took the easy way out and got a kit. The kit had everything and was a big hit. Noah couldn't wait to get started with the decorating as you can see. He loved every part of it as you can see.

Nate of course was very interested in decorating the Gingerbread house. He was particularly interested when the bags of candy were cut open. I predicted that Nate would ask right away to start eating the candy and that he would be more interested in eating than decorating.
Don't I know my children. Nathan was caught in the act of eating the candy. He would put on a piece and then eat 2 or 3 pieces. He was even trying to hide it.
This is our final product. I think it came out great for a first try. Posted by Picasa

Beautiful Utah
This is just one of the beautiful views we have in Tooele, Utah. It is so amazing seeing the mountains everyday. When I look at the mountains, I can only think God is amazing.

Since we have been iin Utah, I have been waiting on my last child. One of the first rooms that was completed was Nic's room. I can't wait for his arrival and I can't believe how close we are to seeing his beautiful face.

Jason always looks so good in his uniform. It has been 9 years in and he still looks like a 2nd LT.

Nicholas is actually in this picture in a way, I am about 6 months pregnant. These pictures were to get a snapshot of our family before our last child was born.
