My Brother's Keeper

I am constantly reminding my sons that they are brothers and will be for the rest of their lives. We talk about how each of them is on the same "brother team" and that Jason and I are on the "parent team". We remind them (daily) that they have automatic best friends, automatic playmates, and automatic helpers in each other. I think some of it is getting through. Noah is taking a more active role in leading his brothers. He tries to help both Nate and Nic more often. Nathan is a natural at this and is always willing to share and commiserate with his brothers. Nic just loves to watch his brothers and loves being around them. So to the question "Am I my brother's keeper?" my boys are learning to answer...YES, I AM!

What a great post! I have no doubt that they'll grow to be the best of friends.

Beautiful Utah

Beautiful Utah
This is just one of the beautiful views we have in Tooele, Utah. It is so amazing seeing the mountains everyday. When I look at the mountains, I can only think God is amazing.

Waiting for Nicholas

Waiting for Nicholas
Since we have been iin Utah, I have been waiting on my last child. One of the first rooms that was completed was Nic's room. I can't wait for his arrival and I can't believe how close we are to seeing his beautiful face.

Jason always looks so good in his uniform. It has been 9 years in and he still looks like a 2nd LT.

Nicholas is actually in this picture in a way, I am about 6 months pregnant. These pictures were to get a snapshot of our family before our last child was born.
