Merry Christmas

We had a great Christmas this year! My present to myself and the rest of the family was to get the house ready for family living (I had been living as a pseudo-bachelorette--with monthly hubby time for the past six month...). The walls were painted (very pretty but not perfect), the furniture was arranged (beds for everyone), the kitchen was stocked, and the Christmas decorations were hung.

The boys actually did not get up too early (according to Jason, b/c unfortunately I was on call Christmas eve) and everyone waited for me to get home to open presents. We had a nice quiet breakfast and then the chaos began. The boys got a brief peek at the tree with the presents when they arrived but were essentially banned from the living room. So they were ecstatic to see what Daddy, Mommy, Grandma Stine and Santa gave them for Christmas. It was fun times for all.

Jason got a chance to get in on the act and open his presents. Can you see the big smile associated with the Pro Bass Shop gift?

The boys didn't know which way to turn or which toy to play with first. It seemed the gift opening was endless!

Nic was in almost every shot. He loved just being with everyone and having fun with the paper and the boxes. Gotta love kid at that age!!!!

Beautiful Utah
This is just one of the beautiful views we have in Tooele, Utah. It is so amazing seeing the mountains everyday. When I look at the mountains, I can only think God is amazing.

Waiting for Nicholas
Since we have been iin Utah, I have been waiting on my last child. One of the first rooms that was completed was Nic's room. I can't wait for his arrival and I can't believe how close we are to seeing his beautiful face.

Jason always looks so good in his uniform. It has been 9 years in and he still looks like a 2nd LT.
