I had the wonderful opportunity to chaperon Nate's class trip to the Maryland Zoo. I decided to do a dual visit and take Nic along for the trip as well. I didn't realize how close the Maryland Zoo is to the house so we will definitely have to get some Family Passes and take the boys over the summer.
Needless to say, it was an interesting visit. We had 4 adults for 15 kids. Not bad odds! The day started off on a good note with everyone excited and determined to find the Easter Bunny (Nate started that idea, I thought it was cute and decided to play along!).

We got to see alot of cool stuff. I really enjoyed the zebra, elephants, and rhino's. Nate was determined to find the Easter Bunny and wasn't enthused about about all the cool wildlife. The Zoo was pretty cool not the best we have seen and not the worst, solidly in the middle. They were in the process of waking up from hibernation so a lot of the exhibits were still closed. Also they are adding new exhibits so there was a lot of construction. Overall, the kids had a good time!
