Beach time and Six Flags....oh what fun!

We have had a busy summer. The Mississippi Tate's came by for a week long visit. Unfortunately, I was not there (had to go to a couple of conferences) but it was a great family reunion. The boys had a great time spending time and energy with their grandparents and their cousin. Jason being the busy bee that he is, took some time off and created a mega schedule. With a little helpful planning on my part (wink, wink) we got a doable and enjoyable schedule that include a chance to go to the beach and to six flags.

The beach fun was a wonderful way to have a little Granny and Pawpaw time.

Six flags was a lot of fun and a little scary. The boys all have stories of great fun (helicopter ride, and mini roller coaster) and little scary (log water ride). But overall, the energy expended was more than worth it!!

This is just one of the beautiful views we have in Tooele, Utah. It is so amazing seeing the mountains everyday. When I look at the mountains, I can only think God is amazing.

Since we have been iin Utah, I have been waiting on my last child. One of the first rooms that was completed was Nic's room. I can't wait for his arrival and I can't believe how close we are to seeing his beautiful face.

Jason always looks so good in his uniform. It has been 9 years in and he still looks like a 2nd LT.
