Learning to Smile

Of course, as a Mom I am worried that my children meet their developmental milestones. So some two-month milestones that Nic has hit are picking up his head and smiling. He just in the last few days has begun to smile spontaneously. He will just look over at me and burst into the biggest smiles. It is so precious. He is still getting the hang of it though and will have a strange look, then try to smile leading to a frown, wrinkled forehead and then another dazzling smile. Here are some his attempts at controlling his smile and talking to me.Posted by Picasa

Beautiful Utah
This is just one of the beautiful views we have in Tooele, Utah. It is so amazing seeing the mountains everyday. When I look at the mountains, I can only think God is amazing.

Since we have been iin Utah, I have been waiting on my last child. One of the first rooms that was completed was Nic's room. I can't wait for his arrival and I can't believe how close we are to seeing his beautiful face.

Jason always looks so good in his uniform. It has been 9 years in and he still looks like a 2nd LT.
