Soccer...Tate style!

Noah in action at his soccer game. He did a great job of blocking the ball and staying with the pack.

The spider-soccer boy at practice. Isn't he so cute.

More twirling, running and jumping (during practice)!

Nate did what he wanted to do at the practice. Sometimes he listened, sometimes he didn't!

The Story

Nathan has finally had his first soccer practice. I need to explain his outfit. He had a Pajama Party Friday at his preschool and so was wearing a spider-man pajama set. I forget and just bought some sweats and his equipment to the practice. So he was wearing his pajama top with his practice gear. He was oblivious to the clothing malfunction (courtesy Mom). He had so much fun at his practice. He kicked the ball, picked flowers, twirled in circles, jumped all over the place, danced and sang.
Nate's team name is the "Hot Tops Thundering Dragons". H-I-L-A-R-I-O-U-S!!!
Nathan did a good job of following the team and kicking the ball. He has a fair amount of coordination for his age. I think that I may have to help him develop his athletic skills.....mmm I could be setting us up to be the Sports Tate Family! About half-way through practice, he told me "Mama, I'm done!". It was too cute. He had a great time and due to Noah has a pretty decent grasp of the game for a 3-year old. Noah is going to start practicing with them so that should help and be hilarious!

In other Tate soccer news! Noah is doing great on his team. He is blocking the ball really well, running to stay at the front of the pack, and making some really good goal attempts. We are a long way from picking flowers in the backfield during the games. I love it!!
