So a few weeks ago, I woke up to check on the boys (yep, I still do that!) and I heard some water running. So I woke up Jason (yep, I still do that!) and we discovered a...leak! Our PRV (I learned from the plumber stands for pressure regulator valve) was cracked and we had a water fall in the water closet. Just another adventure in home ownership! Everything is worked out, sorta!!!
