Another sleepless night

I really had forgotten how much sleep means to me. I was used to getting less than 8 hours of sleep from Med school, man this has nothing on that. Nic sleeps all day, literally all day from 7am to 4 pm, I have to wake him up to eat and to change his diaper. But at night, ooh baby it is another story. Starting around 11pm he is wide open. His eyes are open, he is looking around, he is making noises and he is wide awake. I try to let him just lay in the bassinet, but no...that is definitely not what he wants. He wants to be held, to be cuddled, and to be talked to and of course to be fed hourly. I really, truly, and honestly had forgotten how much I didn't sleep with either Noah or Nathan. I find that the most difficult adjustment. After a 3-peat C-section, I am worn out tired, emotional, and extremely sleepy. But this too shall pass. I hope...

Kandie,
It looks soooo great! I can tell you spent so much time on it. I am so excited to be able to see the boys on a more regular basis! Get some rest. Hugs to baby Nicholas.

Beautiful Utah

Beautiful Utah
This is just one of the beautiful views we have in Tooele, Utah. It is so amazing seeing the mountains everyday. When I look at the mountains, I can only think God is amazing.

Waiting for Nicholas

Waiting for Nicholas
Since we have been iin Utah, I have been waiting on my last child. One of the first rooms that was completed was Nic's room. I can't wait for his arrival and I can't believe how close we are to seeing his beautiful face.

Jason always looks so good in his uniform. It has been 9 years in and he still looks like a 2nd LT.

Nicholas is actually in this picture in a way, I am about 6 months pregnant. These pictures were to get a snapshot of our family before our last child was born.
