Gingerbread Traditions

We are 4 years into a Tate Family tradition! It has expanded!!! This simple gingerbread decorating tradition has turned into a major event for the Tate boys. This year we had several opportunities to decorate gingerbread men. The boys had the chance to decorate with the babysitter while we went out for some Mommy and Daddy time. Then we made our traditional gingerbread house...OK our attempt at a Gingerbread house.

Finally, we made our own gingerbread and sugar cookies for the Nurses at the hospital. We decorated those as well. As usual, the boys had a great time and made a huge mess. Overall, it was a great time. The boys really look forward to this tradition and I really look forward to this time with the boys!!

This is just one of the beautiful views we have in Tooele, Utah. It is so amazing seeing the mountains everyday. When I look at the mountains, I can only think God is amazing.

Waiting for Nicholas
Since we have been iin Utah, I have been waiting on my last child. One of the first rooms that was completed was Nic's room. I can't wait for his arrival and I can't believe how close we are to seeing his beautiful face.
